View SamplesHuman leukocyte cones were obtained from anonymous blood donors and peripheral blood B cells were isolated from PMBCs following ficoll density centrifugation. Isolated B cells were cultured in normoxia or 1% O2 for 24 h and RNA was extracted using an RNeasy Mini kit (Qiagen). This study was approved by the East of England - Cambridge Central Research Ethics Committee (REC reference 08/H0308/176).
