Zea mays ssp. mays L. 133D Ts6-GN2230 young ear RNA-seq

Developing ears (1~2 mm) were harvested from 133D-GG(wild type) and 133D-AA(mutant). All RNA extractions were conducted using an RNA Extraction Kit (TianGen). The data were paired-end (PE) sequencing reads with length of 2 x 150 bp.
