Description
To address the functional implications at highthroughput level of TRA2A recruitment in FXTAS nuclear inclusions we performed Clariom D splicing arrays with the COS-7 cell models. We compared the profiles of the cells upon CGG overexpression, TRA2A overexpression and knockdown, with the respective controls. Overall design: 18 samples were analyzed: controls (n=3); cond1 (n=3); cond2 (n=3); cond3 (n=3); cond4 (n=3); cond5 (n=3)
