Dissecting Molecular Mechanisms Underlying Salt Tolerance in Rice: A Comparative Transcriptional Profiling of the Contrasting Genotypes (IR29 vs. FL478)

Oryza sativa Indica group FL478 (salt tolerant) seedlings were subjected to salt stress (150 mM) and root samples collected at 24h after salt treatments. Reads of 150 bp length were generated with the IlluminaHiSeqâ„¢ 2500 platform.
