Description
RNA-Seq were employed to global survey drought-related genes in a drought-tolerant potato variety T16 (CIP: 393085.5) and a drought-sensitive potato variety T2 (CIP: 391065.69) under control and drought conditions at tuber initiation stage (TIS) and tuber swelling stage (TSS). The transcripts were differentially expressed in response to drought, corresponding at TIS–TSS: 104–101 for T16 and 303–164 for T2 respectively.
