Description
We report how phosphate deficiency early rhizobia-induced genes in Phaseolus vulgaris (common bean) Overall design: We evaluate the gene expression by mRNA-seq in common bean seedlings growing under optimal and deficient phosphate conditions and inoculated during 24 hours with Rhizobium tropici CIAT899. Samples were harvested 24 hours after mock (control) or R. tropici (rhizobia). For each condition three biological replicates, each one continaing rhizobia responsive zone from four roots of different seedlings, were included.
