Submitter Supplied Information

Description
The decuple jaz mutation (jazD) affects plant growth and defense. We used RNA-sequencing to query the transcriptomes of a jaz quintuple mutant (jazQ) and jazD, and examined how these mutations alter the expression of growth- and defense-associated genes in comparison to wild-type Col-0 plants. The data highlight how jasmonate pathways contribute to growth and defense. Overall design: Analysis of Col-0 (wildtype), jazQ, and jazD (three genotypes), with three biological replicates per genotype - 9 total samples.
