Vitis vinifera L. Transcriptome (for circRNA identification under cold stress)

Grape leaves were collected from three independent replicates at 0 h, 4 h and12 h after cold stress (4?). Total RNA was used to deplete ribosomal RNA and incubated by RNase R. The paired-end sequencing was performed on the Illumina Hiseq2500 platform.
