Differential expression of host cell genes and their implications in PCV2 infection

We examined the differential gene expression in VR1BL cells in vitro with and without PCV2 infection Overall design: VR1BL cells were infected with PCV2b strain (GenBank ID JF290418) at an MOI of 1 for 4 days and control cells were mock infected for 4 days. Total RNA was isolated from 3 control and 3 infected replicates and RNA-seq was performed using an illumina GAIIx.
