Zea mays raw sequence data

The influences of nitrogen- and phosphorus-deficiency on the Zea mays root transcriptomes and methylomes were studied in the maize inbred line B73. We hypothesized that the methylome of maize roots is well correlated with gene expression changes upon specific nutrient deficiencies.
