Submitter Supplied Information

Description
This study aimed to clarify the role of carbonic anhydrase for C4 photosynthesis in maize. Samples were taken after growing the plants for 12 days at high (10,000 ppm) CO2. Plants were then transitioned to low CO2 (100 ppm), and samples were taken on the first and third days after the CO2 transition. The resulting RNA-seq was used to characterize the response of carbonic anhydrase mutants to low CO2.
