Transcriptome profiling of Arabidopsis thaliana Col-0 and drmy1 T-DNA insertion mutant

This study intends to investigate the whole transcriptome gene expression change between WT and a T-DNA insertion mutant named drmy1 in Arabidopsis thaliana to unravel the underlying mechanisms by which the responsible gene functions.
