Description
Panicle trait plays crucial roles in rice yield and quality. OsGRF4 controlling panicle trait has been cloned, which encodes a growth-regulating factor. Gene expression profiling analysis is a good method for comprehensive understanding of the molecular regulation mechanisms underlying OsGRF4. We compared the transcriptome profiling of the 7 cm young panicle between NIL-Osgrf4 and NIL-OsGRF4 using RNAs sequencing.
