Transcriptomic raw reads of porcine granulosa cells treated with TCDD

The main aim of the project were to examine molecular mechanisms of TCDD action in porcine granulosa cells. By employing next-generation sequencing (NGS) we identified genes as well as long non-coding RNAs potentially involved in the mechanism of TCDD action and toxicity in porcine granulosa cells
