The molecular characterisation of mitochondrial DNA deficient oocytes using a pig model

Pig oocytes were stained with Brilliant cresyl blue to identify mtDNA deficient oocytes. Overall design: RNA sequencing was performed on pooled oocytes (n=5 per group) and single oocytes to determine differences between mtDNA-normal and mtDNA-deficient oocytes.
