Description
Mutations in non-essential RSC genes was shown to cause spontaneous diploidization due to defective spindle pole body (SPB) duplication. RNA sequencing was performed to assess whether these effects were due to altered transcript profiles in rsc mutants Overall design: Strains containing the indicated rsc mutation were grown to logarithmic phase and mRNA was sent for sequencing
