Zea mays Transcriptome or Gene expression

we performed transcriptome sequencing of two maize inbred line (salt tolerant and salt sensitive) under normal and salinity stress, which will deepen the understanding of mechanisms of salt-stress tolerance and provide useful information for maize breeding with good salt resistance.
