Brachypodium distachyon isolate:Bd21-3 Transcriptome or Gene expression

This study was done in order to explore the specificity of a rapid flowering mutant in Brachypodium distachyon named ENHANCER OF ZESTE-like1 (EZL1) which is required for proper flowering. We were interested in comparing the non-vernalized elz1 transcriptome with that of non-vernalized wild type plants. Non-vernalized samples were planted and grown to the third leaf stage in 8 hour short days and the leaves were harvested in the middle of the photoperiod.
