Network modeling reveals genetic interactions that influence C. elegans defense against infection

Time respoved RNA-seq during Caenorhabditis elegans infection by Pseudomonas aeruginosa PA14. Overall design: Worms were infected following a standard slow-killing assay. Animals were collected at multiple time points, and total RNA was extracted using a Trizol-based method. Sequencing followed a polyA enrichment.
