Felis catus Raw sequence reads

99 Lives Cat Genome Sequencing Initiative. This project proposes to sequence 99 cats to support health care for the normal household cat and fancy cat breeds too. In this experiment, RNA sequencing was performed across a variety of animals and tissues in order to improve gene annotation in the cat.
