Vitis vinifera cultivar:Loureira Transcriptome or Gene expression

Leaf detachment is a viticultural practice changing sink-source relationship, which finally alters fruit set rate and the microenvironment experienced by the grape during the ripening period. Transcriptome analysis was carried out to evaluate the effect of leaf removal on the ripening metabolism in the aromatic white wine grapevine cultivar Loureira.
