Mustela putorius furo Raw sequence reads

To assess the molecular basis of the stress tolerance of the seal brain we employed an RNA-seq approach. Transcriptomes were generated by Illumina sequencing from the visual cortices of the hooded seal and the ferret (Mustela putorius furo), which is a the closest terrestrial relative.
