Description

SMEI patient induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) were derived from patient fibroblasts. In order to test the similarity between patient iPSCs and human embryonic stem (hES) cells, microarry analysis was carried out on SMEI patient iPSCs and human embryonic stem cells.
