The NIH Human Pluripotent Stem Cell Database (Affymetrix, mRNA)

To broaden the appeal of the NIH Stem Cell Database, we analyzed a subset of undifferentiated human embryonic stem cell lines (5 lines in duplicate) on the Affymetrix platform.
