Transcriptome analysis of trichothecene-induced gene expression in barley

Fusarium Head Blight susceptible barley variety, Morex, was infected with deoxynivalenol production deficient mutant strain (GZT40) and wild type stains (Z3639) of Fusarium graminearum.
