Submitter Supplied Information

Description
Comparative studies of different species within the Pristionchus genus rely ona well resolved species tree that describes the evolutionary relationshipsbetween these species. Thanks to continued field trips by Matthias Herrmann, weare constantly getting new nematode species and strains that have to beincorporated into the Pristionchus tree. While this tree has been traditionallygenerated from DNA sequences of 27 ribosomal proteins and RNA (PMID: 26824073),this projects aims on replacing these molecular markers by the completetranscriptomes.
