Illumina HiSeq 2500 paired end sequencing

RNA from a single zebrafish embryo homozygous for tfap2a allele sa24445 and wildtype for tfap2c allele sa18857 plus ERCC spike mix 2 (Ambion). The sample has been DNAse treated.

Paired-end sequence data from the Illumina HiSeq was prepared from RNA of mutant and wild type zebrafish larvae of neural crest mutants for transcriptome profiling.

Total RNA was extracted from mutant and wildtype sibling larvae of one or more alleles of zebrafish neural crest mutants. The RNA was DNase treated.  Stranded RNAseq libraries were constructed using the Illumina TruSeq Stranded RNA protocol with oligo dT pulldown.
