Transcriptome data of the Musa acuminata genome sequencing project

As a complement to the banana reference genome sequencing project (Musa acuminata, A genome), 17 RNAseq libraries were produced based on three different physiological contexts: banana fruit ripening (experimental conditions and results published in Nature. 2012 488(7410):213-7; doi: 10.1038/nature11241), banana response to Mycosphaerella fijiensis (experimental conditions and results published in Nature. 2012, 488(7410):213-7; doi: 10.1038/nature11241), banana response to Fusarium oxysporum fsp cubense (G. Kema et al., PRI Wageningen, unpublished).
