Description
We analyzed the global transcriptional differences between a deprivation- resistant RCC and a deprivation-sensitive RCC using a next generation sequencer to search new biomarkers and therapeutic targets for RCCs. Then, the analysis demonstrated that hydroxyl-HIF2-alpha could become an advisable therapeutic target for RCCs.
